After graduating the Academy of Economic Sciences 16 years ago, Iulian begun his professional career as a project coordinator in business consulting, advertising and advisory services for startups.
Since then, he had managed a significant number of national and international projects (mostly related to entrepreneurship and startup development, two domains he is very passionate with) and eventually became himself a successful entrepreneur in 2012.
As a recognition of his remarkable knowledge and expertise, he was appointed Vice President of PTIR in 2007 and President at SMART Development Center in 2003. Today he runs two companies in the fields of advertising and consulting on European Funds and is deeply engaged with supervising large-scale entrepreneurship, public policies, environment, human resources and cross border cooperation programs.
He was recently graduated EMBA at HULT International Business School, London. For the last two years he focused on developing a Business Incubator in Galati, Romania and a Business HUB in Bucharest.
Smart Suport HUB, launched in 2015 is a consulting and educational Hub, focused on Business Continuity Management/Disaster Risk Recovery and Safety & Intelligence training and services.
